NUIG TKD is proud to announce that we will be hosting a teaching seminar ran by three prolific Taekwondo practitioners on 17th of February 2019.
The aim of the seminar is to upskill instructors and share experiences. It will be a wonderful opportunity for people of all Taekwondo backgrounds to come together to celebrate their passion as well as exchange knowledge and compare styles.
The seminar shall cover three aspects of Taekwondo with one section focusing on the traditional side of Taekwondo, including patterns. The second section will cover fitness and self-defense, showing how to apply one's knowledge of martial arts in such situations. The third section will focus on competition style sparring and sparring drills.
